Environmental Testing Services

Radon Testing

·         Using E-Perm Electret devices, recognized and approved by the Pennsylvania DEP for superior
accuracy, licensed Technicians perform both short and long term Radon Testing.

 

Wood Destroying Insect Infestation Inspection

·         A visual inspection of accessible portions of the home for evidence of wood destroying insect
infestation. Inspection is performed by Technicians licensed by the Pennsylvania Department
of Agriculture.

 

Water Quality Analysis

·         Depending on your specific requirements, our Technicians are able to draw samples for the
most basic Bacteria to the most complex Chemicals. All samples are analyzed by a Licensed
and Qualified Laboratory.

 

Lead Based Paint Risk Assessment and Testing

·         All testing is performed by a Licensed Technician using state of the art X-RAY Fluorescence
(XRF) technology. Combined with the input of our Risk Assessment service, you will have a
comprehensive overview of lead levels and a clear outline for any remedial actions.

 

Carbon Monoxide Risk Assessment and Testing

·         A visual assessment of any suspect systems along with air sampling for Carbon Monoxide
leaks. A detailed outline of findings and recommended actions is provided.

 

Asbestos Risk Assessment and Testing

·         This service incorporates a visual assessment for any potential concern areas and, if required,
bulk testing of any suspect materials. A detailed outline of findings and recommended actions
is provided.

 

Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Risk Assessment and Testing

·         A site assessment is performed outlining potential sources of concern. Measurements of the
magnetic field radiation are made using a Gauss meter. Reports include a site diagram and
specific point measurements.
